- Use thicker paper material for the packaging box and printed it in 4c so the greyboard inside is invisible.
- Replace the common plastic pawns with unique punched cardboard insert to a stand.
- Customize softy rubber animals for the game topic
Our Solution
- Before the sample round, we use different weights of paper to make the box and printed it in 2 different printing colors for comparison. The thinker 2.5mm millboard material shows better in the aspects of damage and weight.
- The client want to integrate his designs for different characters in cardboard material and this is special from the common plastic tokens.
- The rubber animals is the heart of this project. Concerning this is a product for kids to play, the rubber material need to be softy and safety to touch. We use the highest quality of the rubber and did serval testings to ensure the safty factor.
